Vice President (Global Operations)

This position will report directly to the President/CEO and will serve as a member of the executive team.
The ideal candidate should be a Postgraduate in Management with 10 to 15 years of experience.
Provides leadership, planning, scheduling, budgeting and tracking on new process development and/or process release.
Strategic planning and execution to enhance profitability, productivity, and efficiency throughout the company’s operations
Continually investigate and introduce process improvement measures and present suggestions to CEO for consideration.
Develop and direct the management of our Customer to ensure customer satisfaction, improved work efficiency, low abandonment, increased revenue through upsell and promotional programs, and improved employee product knowledge and training. Implement processes and systems that will generate higher productivity and revenues.
Participate in vendor negotiations to ensure product relevance and cost-efficiency
Vice President (Finance)

The candidate should be a CA/CFA/ MBA (Finance) with 5+ years of experience.
Will head a team of accountants & be responsible for analysis & reporting on All-India Branch Accounts, Audit, Taxation, Finalization of accounts, statutory compliances & co-coordinating any accounting issues with branches.
Interpret financial information from the business/development of financial measures
Analyzes complex financial data and extracts and defines relevant information; interprets data for the purpose of determining past financial performance and/or to project a financial probability.
Develops and oversees the maintenance of budget monitoring systems./ Monitors and approves expenditures throughout the budgetary period.
Prepares monthly and annual financial statements/cash flow statements/Approving the balance sheets
Ensuring qualitative monthly, Quarterly, Yearly closing /Ensuring correctness & completeness of accruals Ensuring all statutory compliances/ Submission of monthly/Quarterly/Yearly reports

Vice President (HR)

To ensure Talent acquisition & Talent retention at Corporate level.
Ensuring HR strategies & policies formulation and implementing the same with the help of a young team of professionals.
To manage & lead a team of more than 20000 employees (by 2011) spread over a wide geographical area.
Ensuring planning , evaluation & implementing career plan, succession plans, taking lead in change management, especially re-aligning HR plans & strategies with the organizational plans, Initiatives in Training & organizational renewal & development.
Implementing new HR practices for ensuring talent retention as well as for overall organization development.
Ensuring Reward & Recognition Systems ,compensation benchmarking, Competency mapping, etc.
Ensuring time bound massive recruitment & Cost feasibility analysis on reducing recruitment cost.
Enhancing & Strengthening employee relationship.
Responsible for employee welfare and services.
Desired Profile - Total work experience of 10-12 yrs with corporate office exposure of at least six yrs.

Quality Consultants/Six sigma experts

The Consultants / Experts will be responsible for mplementation of QMS/Metrics Analysis
Providing support during internal and external audit
Should have experience in Quality/Process Audits, Documentation, Analysis, Improvement plans.
Knowledge of CMM, CMMi, ISO 9000:2000 Standards, Knowledge of statistical techniques to control the project process
Evolve & enhance the Quality system(s) from a continuous improvement perspective

Sr. Proofers/Proofers

Should have a minimum experience of 3 to 5 years in the transcription industry.
Should be capable of delivering at least 1100 lines with client-deliverable accuracy and at least 95% of the work sent directly to the client.
Should be exposed to major worktypes and specialties in medical transcription, including operative and radiology reports.
Should be willing to work on tough accent accounts and will be given an option to work on speech recognition platform.

Sr. Editors / Editors

Should have a minimum experience of 2 to 4 years in the transcription industry.
Should be capable of delivering at least 800 lines with client-deliverable accuracy and at least 90% of the work sent directly to the client.
Should be exposed to major worktypes and specialties in medical transcription, including operative and radiology reports.


Senior MTs and Executive MTs

Should have undergone formal medical transcription training.
Should have a minimum experience of 18 months
Should be capable of delivering 400 lines with client-deliverable accuracy and at least 75% of the work sent directly to the client.
Should be exposed to major worktypes and specialties in medical transcription, including operative and radiology reports.

Medical Transcriptionists

Should have undergone formal medical transcription training.
Should have a minimum experience of 1 year.
Should be capable of delivering 200 lines with at least 95% accuracy on each of the file.
