Sooraj C.K.
Managing Director

A graduate in Mechanical Engineering (BE) from Mangalore University. He has specialized in the area of plant layout and material handling. Worked with the production team of HLL, prior to promoting Iridium. While serving HLL he was instrumental in developing a human resource management package for the organization. Today, he oversees the Human Resource Department at GTTL. He is actively involved in framing and implementation of the HR policies of the company.

V.S. Rajeev
Director, Administration

A graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Mangalore University. He has specialized in the area of plant layout and material handling. He has undertaken several research and development works in the areas of gear trains and four bar chains. The project work he has undertaken as part of his bachelor’s degree has been accepted as a paper in the international conference on Robotics in process automation. The concept paper on this project has been employed in designing stepper motor-based robotic fabrication by M/s Geofferson Technologies Inc., New Jersey. On completion of his graduation he joined as a mechanical engineer in the science and technology division of Govt. of Kerala.

Geni Gregory
Dy. General Manager

Geni comes to Iridium with a proven track record of managing complex outsourcing projects for Fortune 500s across the globe and a deep understanding of the Indian operating environment. He also brings with him a long string of entrepreneurial successes.

He has enormous experience in managing processes as a profit center head for several years and is well versed in all areas of operations (including setting up of operations) and quality management. Geni has been instrumental in winning large projects from various clients in the International markets and managed large team of professionals in all the areas of IT / ITES with a major thrust on operations.

Geni has been involved in designing and setting up processes including resource mobilization to meet tough deadlines and quality aspects for IT Operations for various companies. He currently specialize in setting up successful models for outsourcing and has been instrumental in establishing excellent client relationships for on site and off shore models for BPO / ITES wherein the clients have saved substantial costs and the off shore entity have won large contracts. Geni has been responsible in setting up proper delivery mechanisms between both the locations after identifying the client needs. He has managed multi-national, multi-functional and multi-company project teams to implement processes for large businesses with global presence.

Santosh K. Pillai
Sr. Manager Production

Santosh joined Iridium after going through the entire learning and production cycle in some of the most reputed HBPO production units in India that has been catering services globally. His 7 years proven track record and expertise in the HBPO industry helped him in mastering the art of transcription. Santosh decided to pursue his passion first as a trainer, then as a consultant, and now manages the production with a team of highly talented group.

Santosh has been involved with designing the course-material and helping the Companies willing to start an HBPO business. He has been involved with over-a-dozen business establishments, now running successfully all over India. Santosh has successfully steered these companies with his vision and experitise. He believes in client relation and this quality of his has saved substantial costs for the Companies that he had been steering.

Santosh has been involved with developing a Web based online training program, Iridium Certified Home-based Medical Transcription, popularly known as “iCHMT”. The credit for developing, creating, and designing the course material goes to him as this program enriched thousands of people with the knowledge about the HBPO, especially the Transcription.

Unnikrishnan A
Sr. Manager Production

Unni joined Iridium in 1999 as one of the initial team member. He has been with the organization from its inception till date and has played a key role in the growth of Iridium. He has set examples and has been a major motivator and guide for the new members joining the organization. He was heading the customer support team in BPL Telecom before he joined Iridium. He has a proven track record in the field of HBPO, and is a master in his domain.

His determination and attitude combined with hard work has helped him cross major milestones in this career, till that of a Senior Manager- Production in a very short span of 5 years. Presently he is handling all the Accounts of Iridium Incorporated (Iridium USA).

Sivaraj N.
Sr. Manager Quality Assurance

Sivaraj now works as the Quality Assurance Manager in Iridium Technologies.

A person known for his dedication and commitment to this industry., he is highly regarded in this field by all, as he is the ideal person to be looked up in the period of crisis. He joined Iridium in July 1999 as Senior Medical Transcriptionist where he excelled and subsequently took responsibility of the entire Quality Department. He is having more than 7 years’ experience in this industry.
