Audit feedback enables the reengineering of internal 
processes, when required. All processes are clearly
described in the On-Line Quality System
Documentation and are made available to all
our employees and consultants across the globe 
thus ensuring superb  processes worldwide. A constant 
vigil on quality is maintained by random sampling of files for QAing.
MTs and editors are always  on the guard and avoid making silly errors 
due to this.  Other measures  including counseling is put in to mould an 
excellent MT out of an individual.  Daily feedback is made available to the MTs to help
them review their work and improvise.
