knowledge. All the consultants who go for
onsite consulting come back to  ITC and 
consolidate their knowledge knowhow. This 
experiential knowledge gained from various 
client assignments is then made available freely in an 
intranet repository for all other consultants. This ensures that 
all the employees are benefited from the past project experience.

development support. The state-of-the art reference materials 
and The Net are made available to each and every MT to aid 
in the smooth execution of work.  A common database is maintained
 which is shared by all and to which new terms and words can be 
added.  Besides, weekly meetings are scheduled to share knowledge,
 discuss shortcomings, and also to celebrate any achievements.
