is made to achieve them. Experts from Iridium's 
Quality Assurance Department work very closely
with the project teams to implement Quality
Management System (QMS) using QMS documents and thus
transfer the best practices from past projects. Unlike other MT
companies, we treat each MT as an independent unit.
So, after the acclimatization period of one month or so, the MT is 
slowly weaned off from editing.  He/she is encouraged to 
send files directly to the client without another level of editing.  
This not only helps to build confidence in an MT but also helps 
reduce wastage of man hours.  MT industry requires teamwork
as its essence.  All of us at Iridium are only more than willing to
