As ITIL is planning a quantum leap to 
transform itself into a massive transcription 
unit by the end of this year, the company
 is equipped with a training unitin order to
 have thoroughbred professionals in place without delay.
 Only the best talents of thecountry who qualify the Entrance Test, 
which is to evaluate their proficiency in English, knowledge of 
Medical terminology and listening comprehension skills,
merit an entry into the program. Considering the critical 
nature of the job and the exhaustive curriculum, the training is an
8-hours-a-day, 6-days-a-week, 6-month long intensive program.
The training methodology adopted by the ITIL is set-apart in many ways.
As an industry requiring compliance with high degree of standards, 
quality, output and consistency, and also in terms of human resource and the
need for qualified hands, the methodology is thus comprehensive. The training
methodology starts primarily with the identification of the right person for the job 
of a medical transcriptionist.The core curriculum of the training is developed as per
 AAMT guidelines and is systematically organized to equip the students with 
skills in Word Processing, Medical Terminology,
Pharmacology, and American English. The performance 
is assessed based on the OGPA obtained in weekly tests
and absorption into the production team is based
on merit. The training faculty include Doctors, 
Pharmacists and Language Experts experienced 
in Medical and Legal Transcription.
