The transcriptionists are proficient in most
 of the common formats like History & 
Physical, Chart Notes, SOAP notes, 
Discharge Summary, Radiology Reports, 
Emergency Room Reports, Consultation etc.
 The transcription software is equipped with
 demographic lookup service and is capable of
 on-line lookup and header incorporation.
The Transcription Unit incorporates a 3-tier hierarchy with 
Transcriptionists, Senior Medical Transcriptionist, Editors, Team Leaders.
 All the transcriptionists are professionally trained graduates and all the
 Editors have more than 2 years’ working experience in transcription. A
 selected number of highly qualified Editors are entrusted with the duty of 
proofreading the work to ensure a superior degree of accuracy, normally 
in excess of 99%, to keep in pace with US standards.
