The profile of the key members of the group 
are as follows:
V.S. Pradeep [ B.Tech., MBA (Systems & Finance) ]
Managing Director
Mr. Pradeep has more than five years of experience
in the process industry with expertise in Distributed
Control Systems, Programmable Logical Controller
based Process Integration etc. During his tenure at 
HOCL as Project Consultant, he was instrumental in bringing the quality drive in the organization, which eventually materialized as ISO 9001 certification. As a 
specialist in process optimization, he was in charge of design & implementation
of revamping project for cryogenic distillation of PTFE.He is a graduate in engineering
and postgraduate in Business Administration from one of the premier management 
institutes in India with specialization in Information Technology in Strategic Management and in Finance. He has undertaken several organizational studies and management 
projects in companies like MICO BOSCH Bangalore, Coats Viyella (India) Ltd., Bangalore, 
TI Cycles Madras, Home TV etc. After his engineering he started his career with 
Hindustan Organic Chemicals Ltd., a public sector undertaking and after five years of service he pursued his higher education in management. Today he is the Managing Director and steers the dynamic team at Iridium Technologies India Pvt. Ltd.
